The private apartment is on the garden floor of the family house (the owners are on the first floor). The House is separate from the street by two levels outdoors areas (the portal is shared with the owners). Witch apply that the physical distance requested by the Covid-19 measures is respected.
The Apartment consists of a comfortable living room with 2 beds, (TV area with sofa), full equipped kitchenette (hotplates,microwave,..),toalet (shower room/WC) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds.
Seaview dining terrace accessible from the living room ( furnished with a large table) and a enclosed garden, (quiet with a wide green area around), (with a coffee table, lounge chair) are perfect for a family use.
External parking, air conditioning, WIFI, are included in the price.
