The Plenković vineyards are situated between Bast, Promajna and the Dječje selo (Children's Village) Health Resort. The vineyards belong to the famous wine-growing family Plenković from the island of Hvar. With over 600,000 vines, Plenković vineyards in the municipality of Baška Voda are one of the largest vineyards in Croatia. Among different varieties represented in the vineyard, an important place belongs to Pošip, Konavle Malvasia, Plavac Mali and Crljenak, the variety from which world-famous Zinfandel originated.
